Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and unworn
In their original condition
Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations cannot be accepted.
